Built by someone who’s lived it
Acumi was started by someone living with ADHD. Wayne was diagnosed in 2025 and, during titration, couldn’t find even a basic tool that would let him record his own biometrics and symptoms — the medication was there, but the support to stay on it wasn’t. So he began building the tool he wished he’d had: a calm, private record of truth, made with clinical guidance, for the people navigating the same journey.
Conversations with his psychiatrist and other clinicians kept returning to the same statistic: around half of adults stop their ADHD medication within a year — often while it was working. With a background in fintech — where trust and data are everything — he set out to bring that same rigour to ADHD care, so the time between appointments finally counts.
What we believe
You come first.
The product is built around your daily experience — not as an afterthought to the clinic’s view.
Your record, your truth.
You own a clear, honest account of how you’re really doing. You bring it to your care; it isn’t kept from you.
With you the whole journey.
From the day you’re diagnosed through the hard early weeks and long after — especially the moments where people usually drop out.
Calm and accessible by design.
Built for how ADHD and neurodiverse minds actually work. Clear, quiet, never overwhelming — even when that’s the harder design choice.
Led by evidence.
We build what’s shown to help people stay well, and we measure ourselves on that — not on time spent in the app.
Trust we earn.
We’re early, and we say so. We’re earning our credentials properly (clinical governance, security, certification) rather than claiming them.
