Our mission
We help you achieve better outcomes for your ADHD patients. They get a trusted record of their experience, and you get the real-world data for better-informed care.
Medication can change everything. Yet research from King's College London highlights that around half of adults stop within a year, often not because treatment failed but because no one could see how they were really doing. Acumi is that visibility, and the support between appointments.
How Acumi works
A loop that never stops between appointments.
Capture → understand → adjust → support, running quietly between every appointment.
Capture
Patient check-in
30 seconds a day on their phone: medication, symptoms, side effects.
Automate
Questionnaires, on schedule
ASRS, GAD-7 and more sent automatically, measuring progress after every adjustment.
Passive
Wearables fill the gaps
Sleep, heart rate and activity sync automatically, even on days they don't log.
Understand
Clinician dashboard
Trends, scores and deltas since the last dose change, with concerns flagged for review.
Adjust
Decisions & reports
Review-ready reports into the clinic's systems; treatment adjusted on evidence.
From guesswork to evidence-based decision making
Treatment decisions are made almost blind
A clinician sees a patient for twenty minutes every few months, then has to reconstruct everything in between from what the patient can remember: dose changes, side effects, sleep, mood, missed doses.
- NICE guidance (NG87) asks for blood pressure, heart rate and weight at every dose change, yet audits show this monitoring is routinely incomplete.
- Between appointments, everything that matters happens out of sight.
- Around half of adults stop ADHD medication within a year (often while it was working) because no one could see how they were really doing.
Acumi closes the gap between appointments

1
Patients log daily, and their devices log for them
Medication, symptoms, side effects, sleep and vitals in about thirty seconds, in an app designed for how ADHD minds work. Sleep, heart rate and activity sync automatically from Apple Health and Health Connect, so the record builds even on days they don't log.
-
2
Acumi structures it
Validated questionnaires scored automatically, vitals tied to dose changes, every rating on one coherent severity scale.
-
3
Reports generate themselves
Review-ready reports built automatically around every booked appointment, with red flags surfaced in between.
-
4
Delivered into your systems
Straight into the practice management system you already use: Cliniko today, with more to follow. Nothing has to be recalled or retyped.
Why it works
A tracker is only as good as the patients who use it.
Most symptom trackers and medication apps don’t fail on features. They fail on adoption. And with ADHD, the very things that make an app a chore (friction, admin, guilt over a missed day) are the hardest to push through. An empty dashboard tells you nothing. So we built Acumi around the one thing that makes clinical data real: patients who actually keep using it.
Thirty seconds, not a chore
Daily logging is a few taps, not a form. The lower the friction, the more days actually get captured.
No shame, no broken streaks
A missed day is never punished, so a rough patch doesn’t make patients quit. ADHD-safe design keeps them coming back.
Useful to them, not just to you
Patients get their own calm record to reflect on. When the app helps them, logging stops being homework for the clinic.
Their devices log for them
Sleep, heart rate and activity sync automatically, so the record keeps building even on the days they forget.
Engaged patients keep the data flowing. That’s what turns every review from guesswork into evidence, and it’s why we care as much about the patient experience as the clinician dashboard.
A record that spans the whole journey
Because the record belongs to the patient, it follows them through their care. Monitoring isn’t broken by a referral or a change of clinic, and a patient rarely arrives as a blank page.
Richer histories from day one
New patients often arrive with weeks of doses, vitals and symptoms already captured, rather than a first-appointment blank slate.
Monitoring that survives a handover
NICE NG87 tracking and trend history carry across a referral, so titration decisions keep their evidence base when care moves.
Continuity patients feel
The same calm record from titration to long-term steady keeps patients engaged, and engaged patients keep the data flowing.
The full picture, framed around every review.
A live clinician portal and clinic-branded reports, built from the same trusted record, with views tailored to the moment: a titration week, the run-up to a booked review, or the months in between.
