Request deletion of your Acumi account and associated data
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all your data including health logs, medication history, and personal information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

What happens when you delete your account?
- Your personal information (name, email, date of birth) will be deleted
- All health logs and medication history will be permanently removed
- Your account will be removed from your clinic's system
- This process may take up to 30 days to complete
